Guido Meyer has over 30 years of management experience in healthcare and insurance. For the past 15 years, he has specialized primarily in filling executive positions in healthcare at the board of directors and management level, as well as expert positions. He is also co-founder of the Swiss Health Leaders Community, a healthcare business network of board members and executives. He holds a degree in business administration from the University of Zurich and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen and the Haas School of Business in Berkeley (CA).

Sarah Calvi Sibler has many years of experience in executive search and other HR topics and advises clients from the healthcare, public sector, industry, IT, finance, and insurance sectors. She has in-depth experience in direct search, using the right search strategy and tools to attract the most qualified candidates. In her previous positions, she oversaw the strategic development and expansion of the active sourcing division and was responsible for managing the consulting team. Sarah Calvi Sibler brings with her a degree in journalism and sociology, as well as broad industry knowledge, methodological and consulting expertise, and a large network from various positions in psychological market, social, and media research and the field of consumer experience. In addition to German, she is fluent in English, French, and Italian.

Claudia Bendaña has many years of experience in executive search as well as strategic and operational recruitment. She supports organizations in filling specialist and management positions up to C-level and brings comprehensive expertise in direct search, selection, and new and outplacement.
In her previous roles, she was responsible for establishing and developing recruiting structures as well as process and project management issues, led a consulting and research team, and, as a member of the executive board, shaped the strategic development of consulting areas. Most recently, she was deputy head of recruiting and employer branding and an elected member of the personnel committee at a large public hospital, where she was responsible for recruiting doctors and was actively involved in further developing the employer's positioning. Claudia Bendaña studied law at the University of Basel. Her combination of consulting and line experience allows her to combine strategic HR expertise with operational implementation skills and a broad understanding of different industries and organizational cultures.

Her focus is on the targeted development of leadership—well-founded, effective, and adaptable to complex realities. Her professional background includes many years of practical experience in leadership development, the design of team and organizational development processes, and personality assessments. Her own leadership experience and work with decision-makers at all levels, from first-time managers to C-level executives, shape her consulting approach. Tamara Aichner holds a degree in psychology with a focus on occupational and organizational psychology and clinical psychology from the University of Potsdam (Germany) and has completed accredited training in solution-focused coaching and hypnotherapy.

The arrival of new members means a process of realignment for the entire committee: values and expectations are reviewed, and internal and external communication is reorganized. Eva Wannenmacher is a certified IKP coach specializing in communication and leadership coaching. She utilizes models such as strategic storytelling, PERMA Lead, and master plots to effectively employ communication as a leadership tool and provide effective support to teams and individuals. She conducts training sessions and offers coaching in both German and English.

Rolf Gilgen spent many years as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors in the hospital and clinic sector, as well as in various roles in professional and industry associations and media companies. Among other things, he was an editor at the Zürcher Tages-Anzeiger and editor-in-chief at the Solothurner Zeitung. Rolf Gilgen is a lawyer with a degree from the University of Bern and has first-hand knowledge of leadership and management issues as well as the challenges faced by complex expert organizations. He has a broad national and international network.

Jürg Nyfeler has many years of experience in the operational management of hospitals, including many years as CEO in public and private institutions. He also brings with him extensive experience from board and foundation mandates. Jürg Nyfeler holds a doctorate in pharmacy (University of Basel), an MSc in organizational development (Universities of Klagenfurt, Graz, Vienna), and a CAS in board management from the University of St. Gallen. He is also an FPH hospital pharmacist, quality manager in hospitals and nursing homes, and EFQM assessor.
